What's New at Articulation: November 2025 through March 2026

It's been a busy few months. Here's a look at everything we've shipped since late November. New features, new themes, major commerce upgrades, editor improvements, and a lot of polish across the board.

E-Commerce

Gift Cards

One of our most-requested features is finally here. You can now sell and manage gift cards directly from your Articulation store. Customers can purchase them as gifts, recipients can redeem them at checkout, and you can view balances and transaction history from your dashboard.

Square Payments

In addition to Stripe, you can now connect your store to Square. Accept payments through whichever provider works best for your business. PayPal is coming soon, as we continue to work with them on the partnership.

Back in Stock Notifications

Customers can now sign up to be notified when an out-of-stock product becomes available again. Works with product variants too — so if a specific size or color is back, the right people get notified.

Abandoned Cart Recovery Analytics

Our abandoned cart product now shows you analytics, demonstrating just how impactful this feature is to your store. You can view this on the Visitors & Analytics tab in your dashboard.

Tax Enhancements

More control over how taxes are collected, including custom tax code overrides per product and fixes for edge cases around Stripe Tax configuration.

Incentives & Automatic Discounts

Set up automatic discounts that apply to orders meeting specific criteria — no coupon code required. Works alongside existing coupon and gift card functionality.

Product Importer

Import an entire product catalog via CSV. An example file is included to make it easy to get started.

Drag and Drop Product Images

Reorder product images by dragging them, and upload images by dropping files directly onto the product page.

Product Reviews

Star ratings and reviews now display on your product dashboard, as well as a dedicated area to manage.

Shop Page

Set a specific page on your site as your "shop page," which becomes the default destination for Continue Shopping links and related commerce navigation.

Editor & Page Building

Custom Fonts

Upload your own font files and use them anywhere on your site — in headings, body text, and navigation. Fonts become available immediately after upload.

Search in the Component Panel

The component drawer now has a search bar. Type to filter by name — no more scrolling through every available component when you know what you're looking for.

Section Layouts

Quickly insert a full pre-built section layout — a styled arrangement of components — with a single click. Great for building pages faster.

Section Buttons

Add action buttons directly to sections without needing a separate button component inside the layout.

Countdown Timer

A new Countdown Timer component lets you build urgency around launches, sales, or events.

Slide Grid

A new component that displays content in a grid of slides — useful for portfolios, lookbooks, and product showcases.

Masonry Gallery Layout

Gallery components can now use a masonry layout — items fill in at varying heights rather than a rigid grid.

Custom 404 Pages

Design your own 404 error page so visitors who hit a missing URL get a branded experience instead of a generic error.

Pin the Component Drawer

The component sidebar can now be pinned open so it stays visible while you work, instead of closing after each selection.

Undo / Redo for Site Components

Made a change to your site's global components (header, footer) that you regret? Undo it.

In-Editor Item Controls for Gallery

Move, edit, and delete gallery items directly from the editor canvas — without opening the sidebar panel.

More Slides Options

New controls for full-width and full-height slides, plus additional layout options for the Slides component.

Anchor Links for Panels

Add an anchor ID to any Panels component so you can link directly to it from navigation or buttons.

Custom Background Image Position

Choose where a background image is anchored — top, center, bottom, and more — on sections that use images as backgrounds.

Design & Themes

Button Styling

Significantly expanded button customization: background color, border, text color, and hover states are all now independently configurable from the Site Design panel.

FAQ Styling Options

The collapsible FAQ component has new styling options for background, borders, and text — making it easier to match your site's look.

More FAQ Options

A more prominent "features" button was added to FAQ components for directing visitors to a features/pricing page.

Artifex Theme

A new theme — Artifex — is now available. It includes a distinct header style, custom nav layout, blog styles, and a text logo font.

Lateral: Mobile Sliding Panels

The Lateral theme's mobile navigation now uses a smooth sliding panel instead of a stacked dropdown.

Allow Hiding Form Input Labels

Form fields can now have their labels hidden — useful for minimal form designs where placeholder text does the work.

Allow Hiding Copyright in Footer

The copyright line in footer link components can now be hidden.

Social & Blog

Post Date Format

Choose how dates are displayed on your blog posts — adjust the format to match your site's style.

SEO Description for Blog Posts

Each blog post now has a dedicated SEO description field, separate from the post's visible content.

New Social Icons

Added icons for Reddit, Subreddit, Twitch, and a generic phone/call link.

Tooltips on Social Icons

Social icon components now show tooltips on hover, making it easier for visitors to identify which platform each icon links to.

Blog Tags Dashboard View

The blog dashboard now includes a dedicated Tags view with post counts, sorting, and management.

Blog Tag Sorting

The Blog Tags component on your site now supports multiple sort options.

Pause Other Media on Play

Audio and video components now pause other playing media automatically when one starts — no more overlapping audio on pages with multiple embeds.

Agencies and Web Hosts

Team Members

Agency owners can now invite team members with configurable permissions — controlling what each person can access and manage within the agency.

Analytics

Agency owners can now view Analytics associated with their agency, including trends of new sites and published sites.
